If you don't see the above WinCalendar menu in Excel 2010 you may need to adjust your Security settings to allow WinCalendar to run...
The best way to do this is to "Trust" WinCalendar so this only needs to be set once. To do this:
1) From the Excel menu select File -> Info and ...
2) Set the below settings & click OK:
3) Restart Excel.
If you still do not get the WinCalendar menu in Excel, then from Excel enter the following keystrokes in sequence: Alt, T, M, S
Then close & restart Excel.
