I had the tearful but profound honor of burying my mother in Israel last night. Her grave is next to my father's, itself dug just 3 weeks ago. Arlene & Mark Jacoby's Jewish names were Mordechai & Esther; they were reunited one day before Purim. Cover lightly, gentle earth.
